- Introductions
The intervention in object consists in the accomplishment of a Gymnasium Multivalent, situated in the Commune of Monteriggioni, in loc. Montarioso. The building planned is an organism in a position to place itself in "natural" connection with neighboring environment, across the relations between the different parts, the study of the insides, the control of the details and the use of the materials.
- The building
In the complex one the Gymnasium Multivalent is an easy to read construction that is developed on two levels and that is composed of three blocks, otherwise characterized with precise architectural connotations. The three different volumes accommodate different functions: the greater, that station, represents the unit of the organism, covered with covering to double layer and accommodates the large room for sporty activity; the contribution of the ground of game and of every other space directly connected, is prepared to -3,50 from the contribution of entrance of the public, while the height free inside is at least of 7,00 m in manner Volley ball, etc. The two side volumes lowest,post perpendicularly to the via Giovanni XXIII, reunite the services and the secondary industry correlated of sporty activity: such portions are connected from a hall - catwalk post all inside the building and contain: the first one,the entrance for the public and the hallway, the bar, the gymnasium for the musculation (that it is developed on two plans), the local for the physiotherapy; the depot/ warehouse; the Helped, connected directly with the main gymnasium and with the outside square, destined to the halt of ambulance; other, the changing rooms for the athletes and the preliminary and/or the wills, the offices for the sporty society, the apartment for the keeper and the guest room. The entrances for the public and for the athletes are being placed at a distance one of other and places on two different contributions in two volumes secondary. In area destined for the sporty activity (32,00 X 41,00) simultaneously can develop themselves two different activity using simultaneously the two fields that give back themselves available across the adoption of a mobile wall anchored to the ceiling. To the ground floor, from lobby of entrance of the public, means enters directly a balcony to the platforms retractable; the plan is completed from the local for the hygienic services and from the bar that arranges also of open area.
- Components of the building
It together is planned in reinforced concrete: slow attics in brick and reinforced concrete; the covering of the area destined to the sporty activity and to the public (the main gymnasium)is realized with beams in wood lamellar and secondary structure in wood lamellare. The show you are realized with face in brick for secondary volumes; prefabricated panels in cls and in sheet steel (type sandwich) for the main volume. The covering of the gymnasium is realized with panels insulated ended internally with compensated for phenolic and outside in sheet steel or vercuivre, that like already sustained from beams of wood said lamellar to see, that contribute to characterize the inside volume; the coverings of two volumes side are plains and are constituted from brick and reinforced concrete and ended with covered girdle with scaglie of slate. The floors are in parquet with elastic underground (to rule COINAGES) for the areas of game of the main gymnasium; in tiles of grès for all the zones of the route, is some public and some athletes; in materialvinylic for the changing rooms, the gymnasium for the musculation, the ready one helped and the depots of the tools; in tiles of ceramics varnished (monobaking) for all of the services and in klinker destine the local technicians.
