The project was initiated with investments of Italian company (Milano Holding Group) in order to contribute to the house building in Riga, the capital of Latvia. Three tower buildings are to be constructed on the territory of 14.000 square meters in the prestigious area of Mezapark. Each of three buildings will be 24-stories high, two of them are intended for living space and one – for businesses. Total useful area of the buildings will be around 70.000 square meters with about 600 living units. In addition there will be three floors intended for parking in the base of the buildings. Parking will accomodate 2.000 cars. The hight of the buildings will be 88 meters from the first floor and about 104 meters from the foundation. The highest point will reach about 128 meters on the top of the pyramid constructed on the roof of the building. Architect Massimo Palazzani from Brescia is the preliminarly responsible for the architecure and Engineer Roberto Barbieri from Piacenza is responsible for the executing plan; Engineer Pietro Mele is responsible for structural engineering.
