Production Scheme

The organisational structure of the office as well as the structural calculation procedure for any building can be briefly described as follows:

Simply put, to facilitate exposure  we refer to the building plan (intended for living area, kitchen and bathrooms) within normal average structure both on plan and in raising,  constituted by chassis of n 5X8 spans of medium length; therefore a plotted surface of approximately 1000 m2; that is 4 floors outside and one basement.

 "Definitive input" is the definition of all the data needed for starting the structural planning:

·        availability of architectonic definitive plan (primarily clarity between the architectonic and structural planners regarding at least the  problems concerning for example the positioning of  vertical structural elements, staircase landings, the structural tipology of width and depth, and so on);

·        availability of the all geotechnical data;

·        availability of all data concerning the loads.

The first phase of structural planning is made of predimensioning, preparation of calculation input, automatic processing and up to the ultimate definition of all the verified structural elements of the elevation and the foundations, therefore verified both in positioning and in dimensions. This phase results in the output of the definitive structural works of the building.

The attached chart indicates  average working timeline for the planning of first phase, valued in 6 work days approximately.

The final product of the first (that provides the possibility knowledge of the "quarterdecks") is:

·        definition of the metric estimate of the building structures (calculating the incidence of the scaffolding in Kg/m3);

·        The invite to the structural plan to the system planner and architectonic planner for have note of eventual modifications to affix and for in order to carry out  the architectonic control for varying eventual (presumably not substantial).

We indicate this points like 2° phase, whose duration is only for the first point employee from the productive capacity of the Studio.

The 3° phase is constituted from executive structural planning, consequent to the introduction of last and definitive architectonic and system input, from which they gush:
